As all products in our store are handmade and sold on-site, with rhinestones applied manually (not by machine), we cannot guarantee every phone case will be completely flawless. Minor defects such as glue overflow may occur, but they will not significantly affect usage.

• Glue and Adhesion Guarantee
We use special glue designed for rhinestone phone cases. The glue has strong adhesion, and its stickiness increases over time as the phone case is stored.

• Rhinestone Repair Kit Included
Each order comes with a rhinestone repair kit, which contains extra rhinestones and glue for your convenience in case of needed repairs.

• Factors Affecting Rhinestone Loss
Under normal circumstances, rhinestones are unlikely to fall off. However, please avoid collisions (note that rhinestones are pasted, not inlaid). Additionally, weather and transportation conditions may also impact rhinestone retention.

• Special Reminder for Summer Orders
In summer, high temperatures and sealed packaging during transportation may cause the glue to soften. If you place an order in summer, it is recommended to air the phone case by a window or in a well-ventilated area for 1–2 days after receipt.
